Relationship Activities that I would suggest to a a hotel manager beside relationship building are as follows-
A. I would be asking them to promote custom messages and offers. It will be providing the guest list of nearby activities which will be based upon the customer rating & help them be aware about early check in or confirmed reservation.
B. Using of artificial intelligence in order of engaging with data of these customers whenever possible in order to know about the choices and preferences about the customer and help them with customised service in order to maximize their benefits.
C. there should be more focus on starting the conversation and building the relationship by talking about wellbeing of the family related things and other things which will be making them comfortable and they will be more focused at retention of those customers.
D. No shortcuts should be adopted in building relationship because the hotel manager should not be trying to sell something after a short meeting as it will take time in building relationship and the manager should be trying to stay patient throughout and apply his soft skills in order to generate interest of the customers.
E.fix meetings with these customers on dinners and lunches in order to spend more time and influence these customers about business.
F. there should be more focus on building a long-term sustainable relationship & exploiting profits out of them so more focus is upon the customer retention in order to gain the maximum out of these customers.
