Organizational culture is phenomenon of shared values in an organization.There are Seven aspects of organizational culture-

People Orientation- Every employee has significance in decision making.

Team orientation- People here are encouraged to work in team rather than individually

Aggressiveness-Employees are encouraged for beating the competitiveness in the industry instead of bringing stability

Outcome orientation- Managers emphasize over acheiving results rather than focusing over processes or techniques

Stability-Employees are encouraged to maintain staus quo contradictry to change or growth

Innovation and risk taking- Employees are encouraged to be innovative by taking risks

Attention to details-Employees are encouraged to be precision oriented.

At Snapchat Inc.we can notice Team Orientation aspect of organizational culture. According to Company's IPO paper, they encourage group sessions for its employees.By this, Company collects inspiration and suggestions for improvement in the products.

Positive outcome of this approach of team oriented organizational cuture is it encourages collaborations and cooperation in employees whereas Negative outcome of this approach is that it creates chances of personality clashes and miscommunication etc.
