Expert Solution

As an administrator, I can create new rules and regulation that concentrate on quality, safety, and efficiency. A company can achieve all this by giving importance to innovation as well. Instead of asking employees to follow certain things, the company can innovate and come up with new processes or a product that can provide excellent quality, safety, and efficiency. I will create an awareness among the employees on the importance of having these factors in the product or a service we provide to the customers. The company needs to maintain these elements internally as well which can contribute to the safety and efficiency of the employees as well. All these factors combined together can lead to innovation. We need to have good quality standards and I will arrange for frequent quality audits that shows the gaps in the quality management. Frequent safety drills will be organized for the employees and make sure that the machines used by the employees are properly serviced and they cause no harm. The product developed also needs to be tested for any negative impact it can have on the customers. The employees will be trained to make use of the working hours wisely in order to become more productive and improve their skillset. The company will conduct the market study and also gather the customer feedback to improve the production efficiency. As an administrator, I will make use of the above-mentioned processes and steps to create an environment that promotes innovation to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
