  3 SUB-COMMITTEES IN BoD .

1) AUDIT -COMMITTEE

  It is a sub committee  which is formulated by members of BoD inorder to oversight financial reports .

Responsibilities

* Over seeing financial reporting and disclosure process .

* Periodical monitoring of accounting policies and principle .

*Responsible for appointment ,compensation and overseeing the work of outside auditor .

* Clear verification of all documents and report to the management to takeaction .

2) STAKE HOLDER RELATION SHIP COMMITTEE  

It is a sub committee  which is formed for the well being of stake holders .it will solve the greivance of stake holders .

Responsibilities

*Resolve the grievances of the security holders

* Formulation of stake holders guidlines in accordencewith the statutery guidlines

* Management of approval registration and transfer of shares and other securities

*Ensure better service to the stake holders .

3) RISK MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

It is a sub committee which formed to identify ,measure and management of risk in company .

Responsibilities .

* Continuous monitoring and evaluation of risk

*Evaluate the company 's risk profile and find out key area of risk .

* Measure the risk bearing capacity of company

*Review the entire insurance coverage of business .
