1. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention or CDC deployed healthcare providers at major international airports to screen international travelers for COVID 19 infection. It also  set different teams and posted in major states/cities like Washington state, Illinois, California and Arizona to reduce the spread of COVID 19 infection

Both federal agencies are started working on to produce vaccines and medicine against coronavirus infections. There are experiments that are going on and human trials are also conducted once as per the news

4. The Homeland Security Department

The Homeland security department also actively participating in the disease control measures and preventing the transmission of disease through various measures like imposing strict social distance protocol, encouraging the use of mask, etc.

5. Customs and Border Protection Units

The customs and border protection units are conducting screening of the travelers from the flagged countries where coronavirus outbreak is high.

6. Federal Emergency Management Department

It is working with HHS on a variety of preparedness efforts, while TSA is helping to spread awareness to travelers about the risk of disease.
