The decision of flattened organization cuture was created in Apple for directly handling and dealing with queries and changes of employees. New product lines were created in the electronic areas like i-phones and i-pods, i-tunes, Apple television and i-pads. The decision of transition to electronic company by Apple had increased its market share and had led Apple to gain competive advantage over others in the market. Customers are fascinated and have more demand to buy i-pads and i-phones which have multiple and updated features with smart look. Music lovers can switch on to i-tunes and i-pods and enjoy the latest and old songs as there choices at any time through click and call options.

The decision of transition from only computer selling company to electronic company for customers by Steve Jobs in Apple was worthwhile and brought huge profit and recognition for Apple.
