This is to inform to all the employees of the organization, that inventory control system is the key initiative for the organization, in order to achieve the financial targets for the organization for the year 2017-18. The inventory control system needs to be managed in very effective ways so that we can able to manage the demand for our customers as well as we can keep lowest stock of the raw material, which will reduce our inventory cost. We are pushing very hard with our IT team along with the material, production, sales, sourcing and engineering team to develop an effective inventory control system for the organization which should be based on demand of the customers and is dynamic with respect to the customer demands.

We are looking for open suggestions, ideas for better design of inventory control system and demand determination so that we can have effective management of these two important cost elements for the organization.
