            As Per Discussion in Meeting with senior Management Due to Covid–19 Pandemic Our Company Experiencing Significant Downturn in business globally., Which direct impact on Company Profit, Company Facing Financial issue for daily Operations and also Company do not have sufficient fund for Employees beneficiaries,

In response of this Company Senior Management decide to Cut salary, Reduction of fixed monthly allowances and Unpaid leave of employees, in this critical condition for company Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, In Future Company may be in Risk and chances of Layoffs employees, To avoid this Layoffs of Loyal employees who are part of company from long time, its better to Now Cut salary, Reduction of fixed monthly allowances and Unpaid leave of employees to avoid Future loss of employees.
