To create a culture of empowerment and accountability is it necessary that the school administration includes these two elements in the vision and mission of the organization. It is necessary that the school should represent these elements as their core values and focus and emphasizes these values within their school operations. This will have a lasting impression on the students as well as the staff of the school and these core values of the school will now be taken seriously by the staff and students equally.
This is the best method to ensure that we develop a culture including the elements of accountability and empowerment. Because the operations of the school will be based on the core values of the school and hence the operations of the school will reflect the empowerment and accountability values which will be embedded within the students and staff equally. Hence, this helps at the start of the development of the culture with values such as accountability and empowerment which will in the future become the culture of the school.
