while adaptive immune cells can detect antigens, innate immune cells have to rely upon detecting microbe-associated molecular patterns. Compare and contrast MAMPs and antigens. Describe the types of molecules each can be, how they differ, and a brief description of receptors for each.
The adaptive immune system is formed of lymphocytes cells which are basically derived from the bone marrow. They are responsible to form the antibodies. They recognize and kill the infected cells of the adaptive immune system. There are the different form of adaptive immunity which involves naturally acquired immunity and artificially acquired immunity. This is the form of an adaptive immune system that works to protect and healthy body in which the immune system fails. They provide the body to understand the specific pathogen through the antigens.
The adaptive cell that can detect the antigen is the cells that are capable to present the antigen. These are the dendritic cell which is observed with the exception of non-nucleated cells. This is the alert adaptive immune system in which one can detect the antigens which are active in the lymphatic system. The innate immune response is basically based on the identification of evolutionary which is conserved on the different structures on the pathogens. This pathogen is associated with different molecular patterns with the limited form of recognition receptors. Microbe associated molecular patterns are the signatures that are conserved in the microbes but they are absent from the host. Innate form of the immune system is also responsible to find the feature of these patterns and they also called pattern recognition molecules. Multiple antigen-presenting systems(MAPs) are simplified antigens that define organizational themes. This is between the antigen which is capable to cause the immune system to form the antibodies against it. These are the polysaccharides in which pathogen act as an infectious agent and causes the disease. The different types of molecules can be observed in the form of ion challenge link receptor and G protein link receptor as well as enzyme-linked protein which bind the signalling molecules also known as receptors.
