When providing the data which was sold to the company, I would ensure that:-
Once the purchase is made, it is essential to perform a follow-up. For this purpose, I would do the following:-
Call the company's data management employee and inquire whether the data is helpful for their business operations. This will help me in understanding whether the company is satisfied with the purchase or not. If dissatisfied, the reasons can be asked and any errors from our side can be rectified. This will help in affirming the high quality of services provided to our customers.
After a considerable time, the company could be sent emails regarding various other data that they might be interested in. This email would be sent after analyzing what the company needed during their first purchase. This will help us in understanding their needs and more relevant data can be generated for them to purchase.
A monthly newsletter would also be sent to promote the recent services available. Again, this will be sent keeping in mind the needs of the other company. A service that is targeted to address the other company's needs is more likely to attract them to make a purchase with my company.
