What do you find challenging about facing a job interview? How can you make it easier for yourself?
Job interviews include the questions of various nature and backgrounds. Some of these questions seem to be simple to me and the some other as difficult and challenging.
The most challenging thing about facing a job interview for me occurs when the interviewer gives a situation, much like a small case study and asks for the probable soultions regarding the issues/ problems in theat specific case.
This is challenging because the candidate appearing for interview has to be spontaneous, capable of broad and random thinking/ thought process, and express in a fine manner.
The justification for the answer matters a lot good rationality and feasibility of the solution indicates quality of a good answer.
To make answering such challenging questions easier, i will cultivate a habit of reading. I will practise some cases and discuss the answers for the issues in the case with my friends/ classmates and professors.
Further, i will be focussing on "Reading beyond the lines" concept so that my answer tends to be more creative.
