This is a billboard adv at Chandigarh, India.

The basic message is that Motorola is launching its new cell phone via online channels of Indian E-commerce platforms. This shows exclusivity that these are available at only these channels.

It chose the vibrant colors especially dark and bigger fonts so that passer by's attention gets diverted and it should be easy to look and understand. As some of them might be driving, this should deliver the message in a single look.

This location was chosen because it is near a traffic signal. As the vehicle stops, and people look nearby this is one thing that grabs the attention.

The segment that is targeted is - youth, ambitious and tech-savvy people. They can be students, businessman or working professionals of any gender. However, the main segment is tech buyers who are frequent users of the internet and prefer online shopping.
