A business is runned by many ethical-codes which is defined as a set of principles that guides the organisation in its activities and decisions, the category of work ethic stresses upon the values of the amount of dedication and hark work an employee devotes to his organisation. The concept of work ethic is a matter of concern for any business organisation, as a good work ethic leads to a high productive cycle without any hindrances that often occur. For maintaining a good work ethic the managers should analyse and guide the employees into such an attitude and consider to work upon those particular areas which include:-

  • PRODUCTIVE WORK- Individuals working with a faster rate are well-maintain with a good work ethic are usually very productive people. They regularly accomplish more work, more quickly than those who lack a work ethic, for they do not quit until the work which they are tasked is completed. At least in part, this is also due to the fact that they wish to appear to be stronger employees.
  • COOPERATION- A person with a good work ethic knows well the importance of a cooperative mind. They understand the usefulness of cooperation, e.g., teamwork — they often put an extensive amount of effort into working well with others. Such people usually respect company authority enough to cooperate with anyone else with whom they are paired, in a polite and productive way, even if the individuals in question are not so ethically inclined.

Thus, a healthy organisation results in productive employees and among staff ethical behavior ensures work is completed with integrity and honesty and staff that are ethical adhere to policies and rules while working to meet the aims of the enterprise. An ethically positive, healthy work culture enhances morale among employees. And if an organisation lacks these work ethics in their employees they must take steps to guide the employees in a way so that they can be more productive towards their work.
