The job description is the roles that the people need to play in the job like essential functions, the information about the duties and responsibilities for the job to the one who would take it up. Hence the needs are been described in the document.
The job specification the qualities and qualifications needed for the job, the experience to do the job as per the business needs for the job adequately for the best of performance.
These aspects make the business understand the need with analysis which is for the right person for the right job with responsibilities to be chosen for the position. The specifications help the search well served by the business to get the right audition and make the needs clear to get the one who is best suited for the job in the operational environment of the business.
