Answer 1) Differences are inevitable when passionate people work together. Eventually, after a team gets through an initial orientation with a new task, members usually come to the realization that working together to accomplish a common goal is tough work.

Working as part of a team may feel overwhelming and sometimes stressful, depending on those you are working with and what you are doing. Although teamwork is challenging, it also can be rewarding and can help you complete tasks quickly. You can overcome the challenges of working on a team by having commitment, a positive attitude and an open mind.

When I was working on a project with a team of 3 and 3 senior people working with us. The most challenging I faced during my tenure was the differences in opinions and power issues. Since, I was a new team and other people there were more experienced about the work, However, these challenges were only a gateway to a take better decisions and I felt more accomplished at the endof the project because it wa not just the professional learning that I took from the organization, but it also helped to developed my skills both, professionally and personally.

When we are facing challenges to work, especially in a team that only things we could do is to gie our best and learn the enviroment of the work carefully.

• Communicate thoroughly with everyone working on your team. Set objectives and goals, along with rules for communicating and respecting one another.
• Listen to each member of your team, and try to ensure that each member is doing so. This will keep communication fair and will avoid divisions on the team.
• Take advantage of downtime so that team members can relax and break the tension and get to know one another better. Having breaks between tasks will help avoid burnout or creative droughts.
• Treat every member of your team equally, and balance time with each one. Avoid giving special treatment or attention to one person on the team.
• Show consistency when working with the team by completing all tasks assigned to you. Offer to help if possible to demonstrate teamwork, and encourage others in your group to do the same.

I would also like to add that my peers at work helped me a lot and they guided me better, because they were more experienced and had better knowledge, I trusted their insights and that helped a lot. So, maintaing a good relationship with others is also a key to ensure success.
