De Beers is the largest and almost monopoly producer of diamonds in the world. since its inception it is enjoying the total market share and continuing the same till. it sells the raw and processed diamonds to its authorised dealers only. most of the people and industrialist were felt that the company is not following a fair process in producing of diamonds. to overcome this, De Beers was developed a system called Blackchain, which facilitates every consumer or user of this application tracing the diamonds from its origin (mine) to the consumer or buyer.

As a customer I expect a quality product from the seller, i always count what I pay (price) and assess what I receive (value). I do not go with beyond these aspects, if I felt i paid excess, I never repurchase those kind of products. Hence, as a buyer or customer, I stick on to these aspects only.

as a customer, i never thought about the manufacturing process of Diamonds, if want to purchase a diamond, simply i search for a seller and go and buy what I needs. Most of the consumers do not know about this Blackchain technology or process or application, they simply go with whatever they want to buy.
