BENEFITS OF ALCOHOL IN HEALTH:

  3. it can control blood sugar level and control diabetes
  4. wine can burn fat
  5. alcohol can control our body temperature
  6. it can be used as a complement in dinner to reduce some carbs of your plate

HARM CAUSED BY ALCOHOL

  1. it is carcinogenic and can induce breast cancer in women and liver cancer
  2. it increases heartbeat per minute and ca result in heat stroke
  3. it is addictive and can cause withdrawal syndromes
  4. it can cause major harm to pregnant women as it causes brain damage to the unborn child.
