The development of leaders within the company present this in an assay format
Leaders are formed in any organization to guide, direct and mentor their team to move ahead. Leaders are usually not inborn but develop the leadership skills when they interact with others and get a role to lead them. In these leadership roles the ones who have the leadership qualities in them or who develop these qualities over time excel while the ones who are unable to do that, fail as an effective leader. A leader is selected by the organization but his learning and development as an efficient leader can always continue as an ongoing process. Interacting with people, facing new situations and leading a team through all the complexities makes him learn and develop his leadership skills.
A leader is one who doesn't keep the talent and skills he posses to himself but instead shares it with everyone around him to develop as a team. He values the inputs and ideas of others and doesn't dictate his own terms and ideas on others. He believes in a collaborative approach in decision making. He recognises the work of others and gives honest feedback to improve performance where required. These traits can be learnt by any employee in his employment period and can prove to be a leader of a productive team. These are also traits an individual can develop in the organization even in the tenure of his service in the organization even if they are not present initially.
