1. Work ethic

Employers value employee who are willing to work hard and simultaneously work smart. Working hard doesnt help if not worked smart. Also a good work ethic is finding the best way to complete task in time having good efficiency and saving time while completing tasks.

2. Positive Attitude

Every employer wants his employee to posses a positive attitue towards his or her work. Positive attitude can bring positive energy in the work environment. Employess who have attitude of getting jobs done in tiime and in a responsible manner are best preferd by the employer.

3. Responsibility and Dependability

Employers wish to employ employee those who are responsible for their work, action and behaviour. They expects thier employee to be in time and can be dependent for the work being assigned. They also appreciate those emloyees who keeps informing thier employers about the task they are completing are the projects they are assigned.

4. Adapability

Employer prefers employee who can adapt themeselves to the chaning work enviroment or the change in work techonology. Those who are rigid to the work environment are usually less prefered by the company.

5. Honest and Integrity

Employers value employees who maintain a sense of honesty and integrity above all else. Good relationships are built on trust. When working for an employer they want to know that they can trust what you say and what you do. Successful businesses work to gain the trust of customers and maintain the attitude that “the customer is always right”.

6. Loyalty

Employers top priority is to be loyal to the business he or she is working in. Loyalty is the base for any successfuly business. Employers want their employee to maintain the secrecy of the work to themselves and the company and not leak any professional or the company related information to the outiders.

7. Self Motivated

Employers look for employees who require little supervision and direction to get the work done in a timely and professional manner. For self-motivated employees require very little direction from their supervisors. Once a self-motivated employee understands his/her responsibility on the job, they will do it without any prodding from others.

The Etics that are lacking in the current employee skillset are as under

In todays worlld the employee does t want to change their work enviroment as they are being comfortable with the samme being going on.

2. Responsility and Acountability

Emlyoess are not accountable and responsible for their job if done wrong. They dont wnt them to be accountable for.

3. Honesty

All of the woorld knows that no one is honest today. So we cant expect honesty to be from the employee. As most of them are not being honest to them at all.

4. Loyalty

Nowadeays the loyalty of the employee is comletely lost. They leak the secre companys infoirmation to the outsider not knowing their loyalty towards the business only for certain wealth.
