What of you think of the current and possible future work dynamics? In regards to the possibility of permanent and flexible remote work and companies are forgoing the traditional retail office space? (Might not affect you now, but strong possibility that this is the trend going forward and might be something you'll consider once you graduate)

I think that development in communication and technology and internet access, remote work has become an accepted practice in many offices, at a global level. However, many companies have resisted this remote work trend due to following two reasons-

1. Fear a lack of productivity in their employees,

2. Large investment in teleconferencing and relevant activities.

When we go towards benefits of the remote working concept we find that-

1. Remote work can help prevent the spread of illnesses like COVID-19 and other communicable diseases.

2. A remote working concept can save companies money by removing expensive office space.

When we discuss the future perspective of remote work policy we find that many Company is predicting that remote work software, and virtual reality conferencing, will become the effective form of communication – even over face-to-face meetings. These advancements might put companies more at ease. The transition to managing a remote workforce might be stronger. Some additional benefits can be expressed in remote work trend as follows-

1. Remote employees work an additional than in-office employees, due to flexibility in working time.

2. Boss distraction becomes less, which looks better for employees.

3. Mental satisfaction in negative situations like COVID-19, and pollutions,etc.

So on the basis of some pros and cons discussed above, we can conclude that working remotely is effective, but it must be applied correctly, and it may depend upon working conditions and needs of employees business.
