# Process of RNA synthesis from DNA is called transcription.While process of polypeptide synthesis from mRNA is called translation.
# In bacteria there are mainly three types of RNA a) mRNA - Provides codons which code for specific amino acids
b) tRNA - Reads codon by anticodon loop and brings required amino acid
c ) rRNA - Has structural and catalytic role during translation.
# There is single DNA dependent RNA polymerase that transcribes all types of RNA in bacteria. RNA polymerase on its own has capability of catalysing elongation process of transcription.It associates transiently with initiation factor to start transcription and termination factor to stop transcription.RNA polymerase uses nucleoside triphosphate as substrate and polymerises in a template dependent fashion following the rule of complementarity.
