Pay Transparency Policy statement: It states that the Boeing company, will not discriminate against applicants or employees who have discussed, disclosed their pay to others or pay of one employee to the another employee.
Maintaining sexual harassment free environment: The company is committed to provide a harassment free environment to their employees. They want their employees to work in atmosphers that is free from any kind of abuse.

My company is challenged with EEOC compliance. In July 1999, A complaint alleged by The Seattle District Office of the EEOC that the Boeing company has discriminated the person with disability by withdrawing employment offer because of the disability of the charging party.
