In a well-developed paragraph, answer the following question:
2) What do you understand about Net Neutrality? What are the positives and negatives of government control?
Qno1: What are the implications of transnational electronic media for space, place, and time?
Transnational electronic media has played a vital role in transforming the notions of time and space. Transnational electronic media has reduced the importance of both space and time by abridging the gaps between distant spaces and times. The role of time and space in determing spatiality and mobility has been greatly reduced. Implications of transnational electronic media for space and time can be discussed by explaining three important processes which are as below:
1) Time-space distanciation: Transnational electronic media has accelerated the process of time-space distanciation (i.e. expansion of social systems and relations across time and space) through the diffussion of information across borders.
2) Time-space compression: Transnational electronic media has accelerated the process of time-space compression (i.e. annihilation of time and space) by speeding up the communication and by condensing the spatial and temporal distances.
3) Time-space convergence: Transnational electronic media has brought distant places closer together by reducing the time-distance (for sending messages and information)between them. It has diminished time-distance between spaces.
Qno2: What is network neutrality ?
Network neutrality refers to the principle of treating all the internet users, data, and communications equally and fairly by Internet service providers without any discrimination.
Qno3: What are positives and negatives of government control?
