Q1. Boeing incorporation ,creatre aerospace products and services for diverse customers around the worid. It was awarded DiversityInc ,as one of its 25 Noteworthy Companies for Diversity in 2017 and among its top two for providing employment opportunities for veterans.

It has number of Demographics Characteristics of Employees contributing to Diversity. This company provides insights into the nature of Diversity at workplace.

• Age: This company is learning and put best example for other Companies how to deal effectively with older Employees.
• Gender:; The Readers of Woman Engineer magazine have ranked Boeing among the top companies in the United States for which they would most prefer to work. Boeing Sets the example for the changes occuring in Gender Composition.
• Minority: The minorities such as Color, caste, race , disabled are getting priveleges in this company. The Readers of Minority Engineer have ranked Boeing among the top U.S. companies for which they like to work or provide a positive working environment for members of minority group
