explain the issues of gender inequality and not being appreciative at workplace. Please provide few suggestions how to solve this poblem at wotkplace? (250 word counts please)
The issues of gender inequality in most cases faced by females. Today there is a glass ceiling for females when we look towards the growth prospect and there are several forms of discrimination against the women at workplace.
All these stems from the societal biased approach towards women and looking them as weaker than men in general, many times they are frowned upon as incompetent and have advanced due to looks instead of real ability to excel in work. These biases have originated from few outliers who have taken advantage of the situation in some way or other and all other deserving females have to face the inequality as they are subjected to biases, that they have been promoted due to favors, they get their works done through others help and are less friendly to others etc.
And because of these many female candidates are approached in wrong sense, they are not given adequate attention and many times excluded from key projects due to their non-openness, family duties etc. Though these are never sought as excuses for not including males, as it is assumed that they will be more dedicated, which has no rationale.
