Before going for 2 sample t test, we need to test for equlaity of variance.

Since p - value ( Levenes test ) is > 0.05, population of both samples have equal variances

Now doing 2 sample t test.

Conclusion : Since p - value ( 0.1534) is > 0.05, we fail to reject Null and conclude that there is no difference in developing skill by practice methods by both type.
