Imagine you are CEO of a local hospital. Which policies and procedures would you develop and deploy in order to facilitate superior strategy execution?
Being a CEO of a local hospital, I would like to develop such policis and procedures for the working of my organisation:
1. Designing and laying out the most strategic and accurate objectives for each operating department and for the implementation towards achieving the specialisation of division.
2. Training and effectively staffing the employees in each department where the right person is positioned at the right job to make the organisation work smoothly and effectively towards the achievement of goals of our hospital.
3. Ensuring all the ethical considerations are followed for the patients as well as the employees as best care is given to them anyhow for the reasonable amount.
4. Effectively Allocating the resources in the organisation as per the needs of various departments and taking care of the fact that no shortage would occur in any time of emergency in our hospital.
5. At last, be efficiently linked up with the costs of analysing and performing the value chain activities which are thereby determined as benchmarking against the local competition to have an edge in the industry for serving the patients in the most reliable manner to create goodwill for our hospital.
