Identify the assumptions for a two-independent sample t test

Solutions

Expert Solution

a sample t test is the most popular statistical method which is easy as well as adaptable nd is used to know the difference between independent samples. THE basic assumption behind it is that every scientific research is pricessed with 2 variables to find the relation if any between them and the extent of the relationship between the variables. It is put forward that to see the effect of one variable on other one variable needs to manipulated and the other needs to checked but for this we need to know the performance of the population sample when the variable is not manipulated and compare it to see the changes after mamipulations. The variable which is manipulated is called independent variable and the other one is the dependent variable. The same sample is randomly divided into 2 groups and on one group the manipulations are done but on the other they are not done. The conditions except this one factor will be the same for both the groups and after the study both can be conpsred to finf the difference In there performance which can be attributed to the independent variable as only this factor was different
