Please Provide an External and Internal Environment table for the Deere & Company
John Deere is the US based Tractors and farm related product producers, which are most succesful in the segment in the market. It is entered into many nations with its products and enjoying great success in the market. Particularly in developing nations like INDIA and CHINA, the market share of John Deere is higher than developed nations.
The internal enverionment of Deere is very flexible, product centric and techinically more advanced. The employees are more skillful and talented, tech savys more konwledgable than other competitors in the area. It is the one area where it is differentiating from other competitors. The success or failure of a firm depends on its employees only. The people are more talented, positive minded and work with more honor and pride. All these factors are helping the firm to reach the market leadership in many dimensions. Of course there are some problems to the firm, i wish they are minor and going to overcome sooner.
The external environment includes, economical, political, social, socio cultural, competitive, legal, and technological etc, were different from one nation to another. This firm is exporting and producing their tractors and farm related products in many nations along with USA. It is able to manage all its resources in many dimensions and running succesfully.
one of the factor it is more focused on is- competition; There are many local producers of tractors in each nation, all they were upgrading themselves, and producing in many variants. Facing all these competitors with more advanced, customer centric products will becoming difficult to the firm. But it is managing all its difficulties and running succesfully in the market. The more problems and difficulties it faces, the more sronger it becomes and hope continue in the same tempo.
