Internal factors that affect the organisation are :-

1. Mission of the organisation ie, why the organisation exists. The organisation should have a clear sense of its purpose.

2. Leadership , the leadership quality of the top level managers and other officials matters the smooth and efficient working of the organisation.

3. Communication, proper communication between the lower level to higher level employees should be facilitated.

4. learning , here it means the exploring tendancy of the organisation.ie, exploring of latest technologies and operating methods to improve.

External Factors affecting the organisation are:-

1.Political factor : It comes to the extend of the policies and regulations made by the government,also include tax policies etc

2. Environmental factors : The climatic changes and other naturally occuring disturbances that may directly affect the functioning of the organisation

3.Economic factor: The economy plays a very crucial role for an organisation in its profit making and other demand supply margins

4.Social Factor: Changes in the trend among the peoples choises and preferences and modifying accordingly to have an edge over the competitors.
