Most basic shortcoming that is related with Microsoft Corporation is failure to accomplish higher advancement in their innovation and they can't accomplish as much as development as their peers like Apple which has changed its iPad and iPhone to such degree that the piece of the overall industry is profoundly developing yet Microsoft has not had the option to make any advancement to its equipment item and procure any of the piece of the overall industry regardless of whether it is making a decent attempt because of absence of advancement and estimating methodology .

The contenders of Microsoft like Amazon, Apple, and Google has changed its items and they are securing a greater amount of the piece of the pie in their separate fields however Microsoft has not had the option to place enough advancement into its innovation and it is still there organization which is attempting to make due with its current piece of the overall industry and hold that piece of the pie as opposed to procure new clients and new product offerings so this is the most hazardous part of Microsoft identified with absence of development.

This is a basic shortcoming since this isn't driving the Microsoft to procuring higher piece of the overall industry.

This is putting the serious hindrance concerning Microsoft in light of the fact that the various players are picking up the piece of the overall industry and they are extending their business and new product offerings yet Microsoft can't do likewise.

They can do this by receiving advancements and problematic valuing and they can do it by appropriate promoting and channelising its current items to ideal preferred position.
