4.interviewer can be unfair so this test helps in fair decision for recruitment.

CONS: 1. these tests provide incomplete picture of all candidates

CONS: 1. according to law, mo one can't be a force to take this test but in reality, employees have no option.

3. in many companies these test are complosory which is against laws

4. yes it is an invasion of privacy as a person requires to take a urine test which sometimes not fully willingly or under pressure.
