Recruitment Process
1)Draw flow/process charts.
2)Current performance of the process (Include either on the chart or separately in a table, durations of the activities and of the process, resources, cost, number of interactions with customers, rejection rate, bottlenecks, flows on a layout, etc.)
3)Suggest 3 or more ways to improve performance of the process

There are many ways to know the performance of the recruitment
process .These are as follows-
1. If there is any recruitment in the company to be done. The time
taken to fill the position give the effectiveness of recruitment.
If your position is being filled as soon as the employee has left
or within few days then the recruitment process is effective. On
the contrary if there are many days taken to fill any position then
the recruitment process is ineffective.
2. The quality of the person which is hired is also one of the
factors to consider the effectiveness of recruitment process. The
quality of hiring process can be measured by taking into account
the satisfaction and retention rate in the organisation.
3. Calculating the cost per hire is also the measure of its
effectiveness of recruitment. If the cost of hiring a particular
individual is very high the recruitment process has to change and
find out less expensive ways to hire person.

1. Before searching for candidate outside the organisation it is
always better to consider a person who is within your organisation.
Person who is promoted internally is better aware of the work
culture within the organisation. Moreover the person working in the
organisation can also refer some good candidates if they are taken

2. As day by day technology is advancing .Most companies are using
an applicant tracking system to recruit candidates. System can help
in identify that from where the applicants are coming from. This
data helps the recruiters in successfully finding the right
candidate.
3. Looking for good candidates it's not easy. Many a times the
company have to directly approach the candidate. Research has shown
that in experience candidate are easy to find on social media
platforms. But if the company wants to hire and experience
candidate it has to approach him. Experience candidate are likely
to be available through the traditional job boards. Focusing on the
right source will improve the quality of candidates working in the
organisation.
