In terms of physical development tasks maintaining a healthy
lifestyle has always been my priority. And for this reason I pay
utmost attention to it since I am getting over with my 20s and
moving to late adulthood where it becomes even more important to
take care of your health. For this reason I have joined yoga

lifestyle. All these classes not only helps me physically but
uplifts my mood and the various activities provide leisure and fun
as well. Dancing is one of my favourite lesiure actitivity which
not only is an effective form of exercise but fun too. And all
these clubs also help in social development as well since I meet
new people everyday in these groups, share different experiences,go
out together and even I take the intiative of organizaing lunches
and dinners at my place and others place as well.
All this helps in keeping not only your body but mind healthy
as well. Keeping yourself busy is very important and indulging in
fun activities is even more important. Making every task fun and
