Review the variety of graphic representations of servant leadership models and other leadership/management models listed below. You may search online for others as well. As you review the models, consider what you think are the most significant differences between servant leadership models and other models. Then either create your own graphic to visually represent your understanding of servant leadership or revise one of the existing graphics so that it better represents your understanding. If you revise an existing model, be sure to credit your original source. Once you have created your model, compose a brief analysis (250 words) that addresses the following:

Servant leadership model helps for enabling the workers for advancing to the potentials to maximum level and it works well by decreasing the self and encouraging others. The other models are concerned with personality and growth of the leaders. The servant leadership models has focus on the servant first while the focus of the other models is regarding the concern around needs of one self and it is placed before others. The model of servant leadership has focused on teamwork for fulfillment of missions instead of independent work. There is also focus on the listener for the servant leadership.
The important differences between servant leadership and the other models are related to the supervisor or the boss who gets to identify with the subordinate without putting a pressure on themselves. The little differences are related to the overall attitude of the boss and the effect on the auxiliary.
The paradox related to the servant leadership is with the attitude and role of the boss with the subordinated. There is no concern of the leader and the ones who are helping with the everyday tasks.
Effective leader has a strong direct impact and it has indirect effect on the peers and subordinates. There can be influence on the surroundings and its physical presence
