leadership plays a very important role when it comes to the overcoming the situation of the challenges that an organization could face as leadership guide the and influence the behavior of the employees towards the positive part to make sure that each employee follows the correct path towards the success of the organization and fulfilling the common objective or the goal of the organization.
Blake and Moulton's managerial grid one of those methods which review the current leadership and management within the organization in relation to the skills that they require for future situation or challenges that the organization good face. In this theory it is described that the leadership can be reviewed into manners number 1, focusing on the resulting number 2, focusing on the people.
When we talk about focusing on the results the main focus of the energy is put on the completing the task on the time and when we talk about the focusing on the people power energy is put into the making sure what are the needs and the wants of the employees in the organization this way we can review the leadership in an organization.
