Give examples of the main organisational objectives that the HR function is responsible for delivering. (AC1.1) (approx 200 words)
Human resource management department is vital in achieving the objectives of an organisation. This department is the one that runs an organisation. There are many objectives and responsibilities for this department, but those which are organisational objectives are as follows:
1) It has to design a lot of departments and they must be in an order. While designing, essential qualifies of the employees must be specified. More experienced employees must be higher in this design.
2) Coordination within these departments must be effectively done. No room for error in this case because this coordination is the one that makes the organisation as a single entity.
3) Well being of the employees must be given highest priority. They must be treated in such a way that they feel secure. Only through this, an employee can give his best effort.
4) All the decisions that are taken by the department must be ethically sound. This provides morale boost to the employees. They feel that the better their results, higher the appreciation.
5) All the employees must be trained as much as plausible, they must feel safe and secure to work in the environment. They must be technically well equipped so that they can produce the required results.
