First, let me share about Organizational Policy

1)

Organization has shared Honor code policy that includes no employees must not violate any ethical practices; they must maintain integrity and fair conduct with each other. Violating such practices will lead to revocation of employee’s Right.

Such policies could be monitored by empowering each employee to write feedback and report any misconduct, here, employees can share feedback related to any communication that happened with them and describe what they have felt and they can also report any abusive, inappropriate behavior that took place within the workplace. These way employees’s behavioral conduct gets monitored.

Here, organizational policies is about fill up the quarterly performance report, here, Employees will do set their goal in the goal setting form, they will write various targets, key performance area, measure and such could be evaluated once the quarter gets completed.

Such policies are evaluated by intervening process, here, supervisor who rates the performance of each employee and employees also rate their each performance activities. These are sent for final approval from leadership team. Once, approved employees get reward or revocation based on the performance ratings.

Organizational protocol:

To improve behavioral skills of each employee, organization has implemented several activities; these activities are as stated below:

  • Employees will go through team building sessions and they will be given training on Behavioral outcomes and how to improve personal skills using ethical code of conduct.
  • Employees will be given rewards like gift cards if they maintain better behavior within the organization.
  • There will be training on several topics like leadership development, competency development, etc.

To improve various knowledge level of each employee, organization has set several activities;

  • Each employee will share their knowledge in a common repository file, here, employees can search key words and they can reveal some knowledge as per their needs.
  • There will be training program that will share critical knowledge as needed for team of employees. Here, such program could include safety awareness, Job related knowledge, technical knowledge.

All these activities are crucial to improve performance of employees and related to performance assessment.
