First, let me share about Organizational Policy
1)
Organization has shared Honor code policy that includes no employees must not violate any ethical practices; they must maintain integrity and fair conduct with each other. Violating such practices will lead to revocation of employee’s Right.
Such policies could be monitored by empowering each employee to write feedback and report any misconduct, here, employees can share feedback related to any communication that happened with them and describe what they have felt and they can also report any abusive, inappropriate behavior that took place within the workplace. These way employees’s behavioral conduct gets monitored.

Here, organizational policies is about fill up the quarterly performance report, here, Employees will do set their goal in the goal setting form, they will write various targets, key performance area, measure and such could be evaluated once the quarter gets completed.
Such policies are evaluated by intervening process, here, supervisor who rates the performance of each employee and employees also rate their each performance activities. These are sent for final approval from leadership team. Once, approved employees get reward or revocation based on the performance ratings.
