The project schedule indicates what task needs to be done, which resources must be allocated to complete those task, and when the project is due. In short, it's a timetable that outlines start and end dates and milestones that must be met for the project to be completed on time. Scheduling is the listing of activities, deliverables and milestones within an estimated budget and time frames.

A schedule assigns times and dates to specific steps of the plan. There is a phased in project management that is testing. It encompasses the project tasks required to check that the products you have built do what you said they would.

It is an attempt to get an independent view of the project to allow stakeholders to evaluate and understand the potential risks of project failure or mismatch. If the testing is removed from the project plan, there arise risks. It will be difficult to find out the defects in the project plan and scheduling. So that the project manager can't take step to reduce defectd. Then it leads to lack of confidence in maintaining level of quality. Since it is important to finding errors and resolving it before the completing project.
