Although the question belong to Project Management and its one of the tool / method to represent the flow of processess, I will try to answer the question from the subject knowledge that I have.

Agile project management is one of the method of presenting a number of processess, systems and resources together in a sychronized flow which establishes links between the various stakeholders. It is also called as WATERFALL MODEL.

So to begin with, One has to understand the requirement and plan the same with thorough analysis. Then the flow of series of processess will be assigned sequentially with one connected to other such as design / layout, developing the system through codes and then the checking or testing the system and results, at the end.

Waterfall model can be represented as:

Requirement and analysis --> Design / Layout --> System development --> Checking / Testing --> Results

Hope this clears the doubt.
