Therefore, the passage relates to bullying because it highlights the reasons as to why bullying occurs. This verse can be used to educate the learners on the ways to avoid bullying. The verse shows that bullying is against God's commandments and therefore it should be stopped. The verse can also be sued to show the causes of bullying and how to avoid them. Avoiding the causes of bullying will ensure that no one bullies the other. The verse should b used to spread love and forgiveness. With these, one will not bully the other.
