There are all different criteria for searching a job such as follows-
1. Salary given by the company and other benefits.
2. Brand image of the company for its employees.
3. Work location of the company.
4. HR policy of the company
5. Presence of the company in different locations

There are many ways to know how this criteria will be fulfilled such as I can have a talk with the human resource manager in order to check the validity of these factors. The other way is to talk to a person who is already working for the company and discuss with him the details which I want to inquire about.

Satisfaction from the recruitment process, I have experience depend on factors such as the person who was taking the interview and his ability to to successfully conduct interview. The response time of the company once the interview has been done and the selection has been communicated to me.

I can suggest the following things to make the recruitment better-
1. Always discuss with the the potential candidate the time he wants to take after the interview has been finished and he is selected. This is important because many times the company he is previously working for needs to give in written regarding the resignation.
2. Always fulfill the promises made by the company with respect to the new employee, so that the employee gains an element of trust in the Company.
3. Recruitment process must be fair, transparent and it must not involve any kind of favoritism.
