A professional once completed her education must look for a job where she will get all the learnings and the industry insights. She should analyze what her strength and weaknesses are and work in the required area with the support of people to completely become a master of the field. Hence the 1st job should primarily focus on leaning and value adding in self-competency, it is the area where one must try to gather max from the industry experts.

Two-year professional goals

A professional once becoming competent should look for a job switch where he would be paid extra for the values she can add to the industry. This phase she will realize her area of expertise and can further grow in them and do learning and certification courses alongside to continuously upgrade her knowledge.
