Two-year professional goals

A professional once becoming competent should look for a job switch where she would be paid extra for the values she can add to the industry. This phase she will realize her area of expertise and can further grow in them and do learning and certification courses alongside to continuously upgrade her knowledge. This is the time she can hunt for jobs which pays her the best for her capabilities and further enhance her skills by enrolling in certification courses.

Five-year professional goals

Once she is a known figure in the industry i.e the fifth year of employment, now she should look for managerial positions where she can be a part of various other processes rather than her core competency.
