Culturally competent behavior : Culturally competent is a behaviour patterns in which similar , comfortable behaviours , attitudes , values and morals that come together in a group , workplace social gatherings and to act and behave accordingly and maintain relationships and also work effeciently with different cultures is known as culturally competent behaviour .

Culturally competent is valuable in the workforce : In a work envioronment ,We come across different people with different cultural backgrounds . In workplace , For the success of a project, company and for self develpoment we need to work together . We need to build rapport with our co- workers . Hence people come from different parts of the world with different cultural and traditional backgrounds , We need to adapt to every different person in order to succeed in workplace . Hence cultural competent behaviour is valuable and very important in a workplace .

Cultural competence is valuable in communities : In a community , cultural competence is very important because even they share same values and traditional , Every individual is different . Hence it is important to value thoughts and feelings of others , Its important because in a single community people have to encourage each other to do good , help each other and adjust to the different attitutes and behaviour which will enchance confidence .
