Solutions

Expert Solution

The behaviour of the opportunistic employees include not helping others, cheating, and shirking. It is important to mention that such behaviours are detrimental to the interpersonal relationship and cooperation within a firm or a workplace. To deal with such employees the managers need to establish a good relationship with the subordinates and coworkers and such relationship must be based on integrity and honesty.

The behaviour of the aggressive employees includes hostile attitude, lack of appreciation and courtesy towards others, criticizing others, deliberate procrastination. To deal with the aggressive employees it is better to speak with them privately, to make that employee understand that such aggressive behaviour of the employees can cause harm to his coworkers, appreciating the good situations where the aggressive employee performed appropriately.
