The five potential strategies for conflict resolution in teams are as follows -
I think compromising strategy for conflict resolution is most effective in teams since both the parties get compensation and none of the parties feels left out. Though, the most ideal strategy for conflict resolution is collaborating but without proper leadership and understanding between parties, it is a bit difficult to achieve.
If my management likes are being involved in every decision I think collaborating strategy can be the most successful one where all the demands of both the parties can be meat with proper listening and appropriate decision making.
I was heading this group project in high school where two of the group members got involved into a conflict where both of them wanted to individually present the project before the jury members. On was heading the content writing for the documentation while the other one was monitoring the other aspects of the project. Input from both of them were equally important for the project and no one could be neglected. So at last they both presented the project before the jury in coordination with each other. (They had proper rehearsal of presenting it together prior the jury)
