In my role as a fellow at a City Agency unit I will be strategic in my professional and personal planning so as to be able to gain the most from my experience. I will use this role as an opportunity to get professional training and will explore skills-building opportunities available to me. I will ensure that I am exposed to invaluable professional networks and that I engage in challenging and varied work so as to expand my knowledge and build my expertise.

I will use the role as a foundation step for my long term career. I can work as a fellow at a City Agency unit in different fields and I will select that filed that is aligned to my long term career goals and objectives. I will gain invaluable, first-hand experience working with the City Agency and I will leverage that experience for my career advancement, for my knowledge expansion and for my skill-set expansion.

All this will help me stand in good stead in the long run in my professional life. I will also try and gain varied experience in my role as a fellow at a City Agency unit so that my knowledge base and skills are not only expanded but are also diversified.
