Under what circumstances would you make public criticisms about your fellow employees or place of employment? What is your justification?
Making a public criticism about my fellow employee or a place of employment would be the last stage of my patience . I will share my experience which I went through at my work place , one of our female employee stings alot and the smell is unbearable ,though the smell from her is worst we ignored it for few days ,however I discussed this with my other fellow colleagues they and they also told me that it is a serious problem so we bought room freshner hoping that she will understand that the smell is coming from her so whenever smell used to come we used to spray but this didn't affect her,and she didn't take any measures also .So we decided to pass a comment that somebody in the room is stinging and bad odour is coming from someone's body ,but that also didn't affect her and she continued to smell .But finally after all hustle and bustle patience was over and we decided to complain about her to HR of the company .And she was called and we had a meeting and every one criticised her as we had given her many chance .
And there was time when my fellow employee criticised my company because of its partial behaviour towards some newly joined employees . In four months the salary was raised of newly joined employees and my fellow who was working in the for two years just got one increment in two years .That hurt him alot and he decided to leave and he went to HR to talk about this and he criticise the company and told them about the partial behaviour and he gave them his resignation .But his resignation was not accepted and he was given a hike .But still he criticise the company publicly .
Until you don't think that wrong is happening with you in your company don't criticise your company and for fellow employee to make them understand criticism is important.
